1. Services Provided
We offer creative services including logo design, brochures, 3D visualization, social media promotions, branding materials, and related media content.
2. Project Agreement
All projects are confirmed through written communication, including agreed scope, pricing, and delivery timeline. Work will not commence until a formal confirmation is received.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% advance is required before project initiation.
Final payment is due upon completion and approval.
Late payments may attract service delays or additional fees.
4. Revisions
Standard packages include up to [2-3] rounds of revisions. Extra revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges.
5. Delivery Timeline
Timelines will be discussed at the start of each project. Delays in feedback or input from the client may result in project extensions.
6. Intellectual Property
Final approved designs become the property of the client upon full payment. Nived Creative Media retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
In case of cancellation, any work completed until that point will be billed. Refunds are not provided for services already delivered or for unused concepts.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nived Creative Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for our services.
